A full time Senior Producer position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at AT WILL MEDIA.

Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience

Some of our Production Services partners and clients include The New York Times, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV+, Marriott Bonvoy Traveler, Verizon, Entertainment Weekly, GQ, Morgan Stanley, Bleacher Report, The Clinton Foundation, and Viacom/CBS. We received nominations for “Best Branded Podcast” at the iHeartRadio Podcast Awards for The Atlantic Magazine’s podcast The Future According to Now Season 2, and “Best Entertainment Podcast'' at the 2021 Ambie Awards for our work on Amazon Studios’ Prime Video Presents.

Our Originals include the Audible scripted comedy Sorry Charlie Miller starring Zachary Quinto, Michelle Buteau, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Ashley Benson, Webby-award nominated scripted series 14 Days with Felicity starring Jordan Klepper and Helene York, and a recent partnership with Paul Feig’s digital production company Powderkeg to produce the scripted comedy, The Case of Adirondack Rose, penned by Amy Reed exclusively for Spotify. Our highly anticipated originals include Breakthrough, the first ever audio-only singing competition in partnership with Audible and grammy-award winning duo The Chainsmokers, and Wild Things, a docu-series exploring the lives of Siegfried and Roy, the most famous, controversial magicians in history, in partnership with Emmy-award winning filmmaker and journalist Steven Leckart for Apple TV+.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced producer/storyteller to help guide and lead creative on one of our flagship shows. The show explores barriers to financial equity to traditionally underserved communities.

The Senior Producer is an essential contributor to the overall success of the project; from brainstorming and executing on creative ideas, researching, planning, coordinating with partners, collaborating with producers to elevate their work, editing projects for content, and more. This position requires confidence in decision-making, the ability to create compelling content, experience working with talent, and strong communication skills across team members and clients alike. Applicants should be interested in exploring topics surrounding finance and racial equity. This person will be client facing and be an essential part of communication between the client and team. This person should have a strong editorial and writing background with a focus in business.

Candidates based in NYC or LA preferred, but we are open to a remote situation for the right candidate.
