We currently have an exciting role available for a Podcast Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sydney!
Key role outputs include:
- Support the operations of all ARN/Partner Podcasts, maximizing revenue and ratings outcomes.
- Key point of contact for all day-to-day communications between commercial, content, integration, strategy, production, and our partners.
- Ensure seamless operation workflows, processes, and systems.
- Manage campaign execution, aiding inventory management and workflow from conception through to execution and reporting.
- Aid talent and partner co-ordination and communication for commercial campaigns.
- Ensure that deadlines are met and delivered in full.
- Interpret podcast performance data, preparing reports for key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain podcast commercial collateral, keeping informed of and communicating about new partner opportunities.
- Manage timelines and budgets where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to make our podcasts come alive.

The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience within relevant entertainment or media industry.
- Your background is in process and people led commercial partnership / implementation roles – podcast or audio is a bonus.
- Experience in campaign management, working with internal teams as well as clients/agencies.
- Experience in digital audio campaign execution is desirable
- You are highly organized, dedicated, and passionate with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- You can influence and communicate cross-functionally as well as collaborate with all types of personalities.
- You have proven skills in managing multiple projects and stakeholders with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You show initiative, are highly motivated and collaborative with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- You’re a team player, adapt well to change, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to operate in a high-energy and rapidly evolving environment.
- You have a strong understanding of managing and enhancing processes.
- You have a passion for podcasts, the audio industry and popular culture.
- You have a keen eye for analyzing and interpreting data and finances.
- You understand inventory management
- Highly skilled in MS Office Suite
- Experience in Salesforce/ CRM systems is desirable
