Head of Branded Content
A project or contract Sales Manager position
Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at Adrift Entertainment.
Adrift Entertainment is looking for a new member of our crew to join as Head of Branded Content. We're looking for someone who will develop our relationships with our branded content partners, communicate client needs to producers and seek opportunties with new brands.
Adrift's branded content arm works a range of large corporations. We are looking for someone to grow and lead the business side of the branded content team. We're looking for someone who has had experience navigating large organisations and is comfortable working with a large amount of internal and external team members.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Adrift's branded content pipeline
- Working with producers assigned to each show to define scope of work
- Managing relationships with stakeholders on the client side
- Growing both the operations and production teams for Branded Content
- Identifying new opportunities with current and new clients
- Managing client side delays, changes in scope and access challenges.
- Work with Head of Original Content to identify opportunities for sponsorship or co-branded content.
Your Experience
- Strong sales or business development skills
- Experience working with large corporates and blue chips companies
- Ability to context switch often (We work with everything from consultancy companies to life science labs)
- Understanding of the workings of the podcast industry and the production process. (Hands on production experience not required)
- A keen eye for cashflow management and ability to communicate a consistent schedule.
This position is offered on a paid contract basis. Rate will be subject to experience.
