Senior Frontend Engineer (Work From Anywhere ????)
A full time position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Uncut.fm.
Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
Why Us?
At Uncut.fm, we believe it's time to break down the walls that platforms have built between podcasters and their audiences.
We are committed to deepening engagement with podcasts by connecting hosts directly with their listeners — and even encouraging listeners to become co-creators themselves.
**Uncut.fm is a creative podcast player where listeners react and comment on creators' content using emojis, GIFs, text, images or even their own voices.**
Our multiplayer format breaks down the barriers between hosts and their audience. Whereas traditional podcast episodes are static, Uncut's episodes become both a playful and deeply engaging experience.
For listeners, this allows them to showcase their creativity and become co-creators on their favorite shows. For hosts, this new format deepens the lifetime value of individual episodes, as their content becomes a canvas to spur interaction and engagement from their community. It also provides them with qualitative data on how their content is resonating with their audience.
