A project or contract Producer position
Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at Cofruition.

Salary range: £35.00 to £40.00 (hourly rate) - subject to experience

Summary

How we work

Cofruition's guiding principle is "don't get spread too thin" and as such you'll be joining a team where you can focus your attention and creativity on making high quality content.

Your tasks

The client has already done a lot of the groundwork in terms of planning out the series, which we will share with you upon accepting the role. Your job will be to turn that plan into great recordings and then work with an editor to turn them into a slick podcast.

In practice:

The Cofruition project manager will deal with ensuring that deadlines are met, overseeing the production and being your main point of contact during the production process.

Training

Before working on the project, the Cofruition team will take you through our training program so that you're clear on how to make podcasts "the Cofruition way". Once you've done this training, it'll obviously also be easy for you to work on other projects in the future!

This training involves learning the software we use and how to write episode outlines using our template. There are a couple of tasks to work through with the project manager which, factoring in feedback etc., can usually get done over the course of a week.

Practical information

More information about the theme, host, topics etc. will be shared once you start on the project.

How to apply

Please fill out this form specifying your Primary title as Producer and in the Project title writing Entrepreneurship Podcast Producer

This will then prompt you to attach a cover letter. It goes without saying, but the more personalised the better

The Cofruition team will then be in touch with applicants who could be a good fit and then invite to Google Meet invite asap.

Please note that applications close on Sunday 29th May 2022 and candidates will be interviewed on an ongoing basis
