TL;DR: What You Need To Know

The Podcast Traction Playbook is a free, live workshop consisting of three 60-minute sessions spread across three days. You can attend live or watch the replays on your own time.

All the important details are below, or you can keep reading if you’re still not sure if this workshop is right for you.

    3 Days, 3 Live Lectures

📆 This 3-day live workshop will take place from Tuesday, April 12th – Thursday, April 14th via Zoom.

⏳ Each session will be 60 minutes long, featuring a live training from me followed by Q&A.

🕗 The calls will take place at 9 AM PDT / 12 PM EDT / 17:00 BST.

Access to All Live Session Replays

Immediately after each session, the replays will be uploaded to the free workshop portal.

This means that even if you’ll be able to access all the workshop sessions and resources even if you can’t (or prefer not to) join the calls live.

The replays and resources will be available through Sunday, April 17th.

    Actionable Homework Assigments

Before the first day of the workshop, you’ll receive a workbook that will accompany the lessons.

The workbook will contain a short (5-10) minute homework assignment for each day of the workshop to help you apply what you’re learning to your own show in real time.

“I’ve done a lot of free workshops. What I like about yours is that there really was stuff to learn stuff that I could incorporate immediately.

You were like, ‘Hey, I’m going to actually give value and not have this be a walking infomercial about myself.’

    And that’s rare.”

    – Reginald Ferguson, The Fashion Geek Podcast

Let’s Be Honest… Your Podcast Is Stuck.

You’ve worked hard to get it up and running, and you’re working harder to keep it going.

Harder than you thought you’d have to.

And yet, no matter how much work you put into your show, listeners have been hard to come by.

You know your content is good.

Better, in fact, than other shows with larger audiences than yours.

Which has left you frustrated, annoyed, and honestly, a little jaded about podcasting as a whole.

It feels like you’re missing something, but you have no idea what.

What Nobody Tells You About Growing A Podcast

Podcast launch consultants and course creators love to talk about how easy it is for anyone to start a podcast.

    Which is true.

But what they (conveniently) forget to mention is how hard it is to grow one.

Worse, most podcast launch advice focuses only on the shallow surface elements of podcast creation… leaving out all the deeper more-important long-term growth strategy elements entirely.

The result is that most podcast launch programs have you coming out of the gate aimed directly at a series of big, ugly potholes.

And so before you know it, before you ever have a chance to build momentum, you find yourself stuck.

The result is that most podcast launch programs have you coming out of the gate aimed directly at a series of big, ugly potholes.

And so before you know it, before you ever have a chance to build momentum, you find yourself stuck.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of podcasters get stuck in these growth potholes.

It’s the reason why 90% of people & businesses who launch new shows don’t make it past episode 10.

And it’s likely the reason you feel like you can’t build momentum with your show no matter how much time, effort and money you pour into it.

    But here’s the thing.

The problem isn’t a lack of time, effort, or money.

The problem is a lack of traction.

And when you don’t have traction, you won’t start moving in the right direction no matter how fast you spin your wheels.

    BUT…

When you are able to gain traction, all that energy you’ve been pouring into your show turns into momentum. Fast.

The good news is gaining traction with your podcast can be boiled down to a straightforward, 3-step process.

    Introducing The Podcast Traction Playbook

A free, 3-day workshop showing you how to steer out of the potholes that are keeping your show stuck so you can start building real momentum.

“As a teacher, Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. But he’s also very genuine, and I think that’s what stands out.

Quite often when I’m doing courses, I feel that a lot of it is about them, and their business, and what they want for themselves, rather than genuinely looking for the best for the cohort.

I think that is Jeremy’s uniqueness.”

    Growth Begins With Traction

Over the course of 3 days, you’ll learn the 3 elements of the Podcast Traction Triangle that every show needs in order to establish traction and grow.

    1. Podcast-Creator-Market Fit

Your show’s concept might be great. And you might be a phenomenal host.

But if there isn’t an audience who’s actively seeking out content like yours, your show has limited (or no) potential for growth.

Lack of Fit is the number one reason shows fail. Without it, it’s literally impossible to grow your show.

    2. Reliable Systems

To grow, you’re going to need to spend at least 50% of your time on growth-related tasks.

This means you need to drastically cut down the time it takes to prep, produce and manage your show in order to make room for those marketing tasks.

    3. An Effective Exposure Strategy

The age of organic podcast growth is over.

To grow, you need a reliable method of consistently getting in front of new best-fit listeners & drawing them back to your show.

The age of organic podcast growth is over.

To grow, you need a reliable method of consistently getting in front of new best-fit listeners & drawing them back to your show.

Most shows that succeed stumble onto this framework by accident after months or years of trial and error.

I’d like to save you the time, effort, and frustration.

“I appreciate how Jeremy made the environment very welcoming, easy to ask questions. He’s easy to talk to, and it was also easy to choose him to work with because he’s very genuine and true.”

    Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Jeremy Enns, founder of Counterweight Creative and Podcast Marketing Academy.

Over the past 5 years, my team and I have worked with dozens of brands entrepreneurs and creators, helping them generate over 50 million podcast downloads and millions of dollars in revenue.

Jeremy Enns | CEO | Counterweight Creative Podcast Production &Marketing

In working behind the scenes in a diverse group of businesses, I started to recognize the recurring patterns that separate shows that grow and convert casual listeners into raving fans, clients, and customers, and shows that plateau, falter, and fizzle.

I want to help you put those lessons to work in your show and your business.

“Jeremy is 100% qualified, and I rave about him to everyone I know.

I highly respect him and appreciate his vision. His expertise and field of knowledge is incredible. Seriously.”
